Elite Squads
Elite squads available from children to teenage years.
The squads undertake a series of awards, bronze challenge, bronze advanced, bronze water safety, sprint awards, life saving, personal survival and then progress onto the next squad.
- Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Squads
- Learn competitive starts and turns
- Develop stroke technique on all four strokes
- Learn live saving skills including optional CPR workshop with a trained RLSS Assessor
- Develop diving skills
- Sprint awards
- Recorded timed swims
- Easily progress onto a swim club
